Custom Industrial Roller Brushes, Made to Your Drawing or Sample
BrushSourcing sources custom roller and cylinder brushes from partner factories in the Yuantan / Qianshan brush cluster in Anhui, China — replacements for existing machines and new designs for OEM lines. Partner factories build to your approved specification; we write that specification, match the factory, manage samples and production, check quality before shipment and handle delivery and after-sales. We are responsible to you for the whole order, including quality — you deal with one company from enquiry to delivery.

Constructions
Filament and fill
- Nylon PA6, PA66 and PA612 (FDA-grade PA612 for food contact)
- Polypropylene (PP), PBT and PET
- Abrasive nylon — silicon carbide, aluminium oxide or ceramic grain
- Carbon steel, stainless steel, brass-coated and copper-coated wire
- Natural fibres — horsehair, tampico/sisal
- Mixed fills, e.g. PP with flat steel wire
Not sure which fill or construction fits your line? Our guides cover how to choose a cylinder brush, spiral-wound vs tufted rollers and soft filaments for solar panels.
How a custom order works
- 1Send your requirement
Drawing, photos and measurements of the old brush, or a description of the application. Not sure of the parameters? Photos and the machine model are enough to start.
- 2We write the specification
We turn it into a written spec — dimensions, core and shaft, filament, density, pattern, tolerances that matter — and send it back for your approval. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- 3Quotation and factory match
We choose the partner factory that builds that construction and quote price, MOQ, lead time and delivery terms in writing.
- 4Sample (recommended for new designs)
We quote the sample + shipping first; after your approval the sample becomes the reference for production.
- 5Production
The factory builds to the approved spec and sample and runs its own in-process and final checks. We follow up on schedule and keep you updated.
- 6Pre-shipment review
Before goods leave, we review the factory's inspection record — measured key dimensions, photos and video — against your approved spec. Shipment is released only when it matches.
- 7Shipping and after-sales
We arrange packing, export documents and freight. After delivery we remain your single point of contact for any issue.

Frequently asked questions
- Are you the factory?
- No. BrushSourcing is a sourcing company working with partner factories in the Yuantan / Qianshan brush cluster in Anhui, China. The factories manufacture and inspect; we handle specification, quotation, samples, follow-up, shipping and after-sales, and we are your contract party and single point of contact.
- What size roller brushes can you make?
- Rollers we already supply range from about 50 mm to 660 mm outer diameter and up to 6,000 mm long. Larger or unusual sizes are quoted case by case — send the drawing or dimensions.
- Can you make a roller from my old brush or a photo?
- Yes. Photos of the old brush (both ends and the core), its measurements and the machine model are usually enough. We write a specification from them for you to approve before anything is made.
- How is quality checked?
- The factory inspects during and after production. Before shipment we review the factory's inspection record — measured dimensions, photos and video — against your approved specification and sample, and release the goods only when they match. Independent third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.
- What if something is wrong after delivery?
- Tell us in writing with photos. We handle the claim with the factory and agree a remedy with you — replacement, rework or credit — according to the order terms. You never have to deal with the factory directly.
- Do you supply samples?
- Yes. We quote the exact sample and shipping cost first; nothing is paid before you accept it, and the sample fee can be credited to your first bulk order.
