Description
A coil brush made by winding nylon strip outward around a reinforced steel spring core, 100 mm in outer diameter and 760 mm long. The spring core keeps the brush stable at speed while the dense, even filament removes dust, burrs, oil and chemical residue. Diameter, length, spring pitch, bore, end fittings, filament and colour are all customisable.
Outward-wound coil brushes are flexible along their length, so they can be slid over a shaft or mounted between end fittings and still run true. They suit cleaning stations on automated lines, conveyor return sides and parts washers. Choose a soft filament for dust and light residue, and a stiff grade where burrs or caked deposits need to be broken off.
Please send outside diameter, overall length, the inner diameter or shaft size, spring pitch if known, and how the ends are fixed. A CAD, PDF or STEP drawing speeds things up. Tell us the colour and stiffness you need and the working environment (wet, oily, chemical). Prototype samples can be made for testing before a production order.
