Description
A roller built from double-band spiral strip modules that are welded internally and interlock on the shaft to form a seamless brush face. When one zone wears, that module is swapped on site without pulling the shaft or replacing the whole roller. Synthetic, steel wire, natural hair, fibre and abrasive fills are available, with length divided into equal segments to suit the machine.
Long rollers rarely wear evenly; the centre usually goes first where the product runs. With a one-piece roller that means scrapping the whole brush, while modular sections let you change only the worn part and keep spares on the shelf. Choose continuous winding instead if the roller wears uniformly and the smoothest possible face is the priority.
Tell us the total face length, outer diameter, shaft diameter and drive arrangement, and how many modules you would like the length divided into. Specify the fill material for each zone if they differ. A drawing of the current roller and a note on which section wears fastest will help us plan the module split.
