Pay a Sample Fee
Settle the sample fee for your order. It is a fixed US$500 deposit — once the exact sample and shipping cost is known we refund or invoice the difference.
How the sample fee works
- Deposit & cap
- Pay up to US$500. This is an estimate covering sample making plus international shipping.
- Refund or top-up (refund excess / charge shortfall)
- If the actual total is lower, we refund the difference to your card. If it is higher (heavier samples, express service, remote destination, customs), we contact you for the balance and only ship after you confirm.
- Shipping
- By international courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS). Cost depends on weight, volume, destination and fuel surcharges. Destination duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Lead time
- Sample preparation usually takes a few business days, plus shipping time — confirmed per order by email.
- Credited to bulk order
- The sample fee can be credited toward a future bulk order.
- Secure
- Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
