Description
A soft roller brush with a very dense face of short, fine flocked filament on a carrier wrapped around the core, supplied on an integrated steel shaft. It lifts fine dust without scratching on PCB lines, film and foil processing and textile machines. PP, PBT or nylon fill in white, black or custom colours is made to order.
Flocked rollers are chosen where a conventional tufted or wound brush is too aggressive or leaves streaks: the short dense pile touches the surface evenly and picks up fine particles. PBT holds up better than PP in continuous duty, while nylon offers more recovery. Because the shaft is integral, the roller runs concentric, which matters on film and PCB lines where wobble shows up as marks.
