Who we are

BrushSourcing (brushsourcing.com) is operated by Meow77 LLC. We are a sourcing service: we take your brush requirement, match it with suitable manufacturing partners in the Yuantan / Qianshan brush cluster in Anhui, China, and coordinate quotation, samples, production and delivery. We are not a single factory.

Website content

Product pages, specifications and guides describe typical constructions and options. Most industrial brushes are made to order, so dimensions, materials and other details are confirmed for each order against your drawing, sample or measurements — the written quotation and order confirmation take precedence over anything shown on the website.

Machine and brand names (for example on fitment pages) are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the equipment our aftermarket replacement brushes fit. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

Quotations

A request for quotation (RFQ) is free and does not commit you to buy. Prices, minimum order quantity, lead time, packing and delivery terms are set out in our written quotation, which states how long it is valid. A quotation is not binding on us until we confirm your order in writing.

Samples and sample fees

• There is no fixed sample fee. We first confirm the sample you need and quote the exact cost of the sample plus international shipping to your address.
• Nothing is charged before you accept that quotation. You then pay the quoted amount on our sample payment page (card payment processed by Stripe). If you prefer to use your own courier account, you pay for the sample only.
• Import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
• The sample fee can be credited toward your first bulk order.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Payment terms (for example a deposit before production and the balance before shipment), currency and payment method are stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Card payments on this website are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Production, shipping and delivery

Lead times are estimates given in the quotation and start once the specification, sample approval (where needed) and any agreed deposit are confirmed. Shipping method and delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country.

Quality and claims

Goods are produced to the specification and approved sample confirmed for the order. Please inspect goods promptly on arrival and tell us in writing, with photos, about any shortage, damage or deviation from the agreed specification. We will investigate with the manufacturing partner and agree a remedy with you — such as replacement, rework or credit — according to the order terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You are responsible for checking that a brush is suitable for your machine and application before use.
