The larger Dulevo 5000 and 6000 sweepers use the same family of round-top, quick-change gutter brooms as the rest of the Dulevo range, but broom diameter and mounting still vary by machine size — don't assume a 3000-class broom fits a 5000 or 6000 without checking. The round-top broom below is our standard cross-reference for this size class: hard poly plus flat steel wire for coarse road and construction debris.

Choosing the fill

Plain PP suits everyday municipal litter and dust at the lowest cost. PP combined with crimped or flat steel wire adds bite for packed dirt, gravel and construction debris. Tell us your route conditions and we will match the fill ratio.

Confirm the fit before ordering

Send three things: (1) the broom's outer diameter measured across the full fill, (2) a photo of the mounting hub, (3) your current fill material. With those we confirm the cross-reference against the spec above — or build to your exact size as a custom order.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Dulevo 5000/6000 gutter broom the same size as the 3000?
Not necessarily. Diameter and mounting vary across the Dulevo range by machine size, so we confirm against your model and measurements before quoting, not just the model number.
Can you match my broom without a Dulevo part number?
Yes. A photo of the mounting hub plus the outer diameter is usually enough to cross-reference or custom-build.
What fill should I use for construction-site debris?
PP combined with flat steel wire holds up better against packed dirt and gravel than plain poly. Tell us your conditions and we'll match the ratio.
