How Ordering Works
BrushSourcing is a sourcing company, not a single factory. Partner factories in the Yuantan / Qianshan brush cluster build and inspect your brushes; we handle everything else — from the written specification to the pre-shipment quality review, shipping and after-sales. We are responsible to you for the whole order, including quality: if something is wrong, you come to us and we put it right with the factory.
From enquiry to delivery
- 1Send your requirement
Drawing, photos and measurements of the old brush, or a description of the application. Not sure of the parameters? Photos and the machine model are enough to start.
- 2We write the specification
We turn it into a written spec — dimensions, core and shaft, filament, density, pattern, tolerances that matter — and send it back for your approval. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- 3Quotation and factory match
We choose the partner factory that builds that construction and quote price, MOQ, lead time and delivery terms in writing.
- 4Sample (recommended for new designs)
We quote the sample + shipping first; after your approval the sample becomes the reference for production.
- 5Production
The factory builds to the approved spec and sample and runs its own in-process and final checks. We follow up on schedule and keep you updated.
- 6Pre-shipment review
Before goods leave, we review the factory's inspection record — measured key dimensions, photos and video — against your approved spec. Shipment is released only when it matches.
- 7Shipping and after-sales
We arrange packing, export documents and freight. After delivery we remain your single point of contact for any issue.

Frequently asked questions
- Who makes the brushes?
- Partner factories in the Yuantan / Qianshan brush cluster in Anhui, China. Each order goes to a factory that specialises in that construction. The factory manufactures the brushes and runs its own in-process and final inspection.
- What does BrushSourcing do?
- Everything except manufacturing: we confirm your requirement in a written specification, choose the factory, quote, manage samples, follow production, review the factory's inspection record before shipment, arrange packing, documents and freight, and handle after-sales.
- Who is my contract with?
- With BrushSourcing (Meow77 LLC) for the whole order — quotation, invoice, payment and any claim. You don't have to deal with the factory directly.
- How do you check quality before shipment?
- The factory sends its inspection record — measured key dimensions, photos and video of the finished goods and packing. We compare it with your approved specification and sample and release the shipment only when it matches. Independent third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.
- What happens if there is a problem after delivery?
- Report it to us in writing with photos. We investigate with the factory and agree a remedy with you — replacement, rework or credit — according to the order terms.
