Description
A polypropylene disc scrub brush for auto scrubbers, produced in disc plate diameters from 12 to 21 inches. Standard filament is 0.5 or 0.6 mm with a 43 mm trim, and thinner or thicker filament plus a range of colors is available. Plate size and hub are made to your machine.
Filament diameter controls stiffness: 0.3–0.4 mm gives a soft brush for delicate or coated floors, the standard 0.5–0.6 mm suits everyday scrubbing, and 0.8 mm adds bite on rough concrete. Filament color is mostly a way to tell grades apart on site, so many fleets use one color per stiffness or per floor type. Trim length also matters, because a longer trim flexes more and follows uneven floors better.
Please provide the machine model, plate diameter, hub or clutch type, filament diameter and color, and order quantity. Because the plate range covers 12 to 21 inches, distributors can source several sizes in one order. Price breaks apply at larger quantities, and samples are available before volume production. A photo of the old brush and its hub is the fastest way to confirm fit.
