Variants and what to check

IPC Australia's brochure lists SPPV01498 as the polypropylene brush and 20 in pads (L-17260 white, L-17261 red, L-17262 blue). Brush-drive (B50) and traction-drive (BT50) versions share the 500 mm head. IPC also builds a CT40 roller version (BT55R) that takes cylindrical brushes - check your model code.

What to send us for a quote

  • Outer diameter of the brush or pad driver, measured across the bristle tips.
  • The drive hub on top: clutch-plate type, number of lugs, or the hole pattern — a clear photo is usually enough.
  • Trim length (how far the bristles stick out of the block) and the current fill: polypropylene, nylon or abrasive grit.
  • For cylindrical decks: overall length, core diameter and the shape of the drive ends.
  • Your machine model (IPC CT40) and, if you have it, the OEM part number from the old brush.
