The Tennant M20 is an engine-powered industrial rider sweeper-scrubber, sold with gasoline, LPG or diesel engines. Two 40 in cylindrical main brushes, 12 in in diameter, sweep and scrub together. A side brush can be fitted for scrubbing or for sweeping.

The M20 runs two identical 40 in main brushes, so a full change takes two of the same part number. Choose polyester or polypropylene for routine work, heavy-duty polypropylene for rough concrete, and super abrasive for heavy soil. The side position takes either a 16 in disk scrub brush or a polypropylene sweep brush. Tennant's documents disagree on the sweep brush diameter (24 in on the parts sheet, 21 in on the spec sheet), so measure the brush on your machine before ordering.

- The drive hub on top: clutch-plate type, number of lugs, or the hole pattern — a clear photo is usually enough.
