Variants and what to check

Check whether you have the disc or cylindrical E20. The 20 in disc brush and 20 in pad driver are shared with the H20 healthcare scrubber per the dealer listing. Brush loading/unloading is switch-activated, so the clutch plate on the brush must match the E-Series hub. Cylindrical E20 brush length and part number were not verified.

What to send us for a quote

  • Outer diameter of the brush or pad driver, measured across the bristle tips.
  • The drive hub on top: clutch-plate type, number of lugs, or the hole pattern — a clear photo is usually enough.
  • Trim length (how far the bristles stick out of the block) and the current fill: polypropylene, nylon or abrasive grit.
  • For cylindrical decks: overall length, core diameter and the shape of the drive ends.
  • Your machine model (Minuteman E20) and, if you have it, the OEM part number from the old brush.
