Description
A spiral roller made by winding nylon strip brush onto a steel tube and welding it in place, giving a 250 mm overall diameter over a 1300 mm brush length. Thick 1.5 mm white nylon gives firm scrubbing without the scratching of wire. Fill material, colour, core (steel, stainless, plastic or aluminium tube) and shaft are built to your drawing.
Spiral strip rollers give the highest fill density of the common roller constructions, which is why they are chosen for heavy cleaning where tufted rollers wear through quickly. A 1.5 mm nylon filament is stiff enough for concrete and block residue but forgiving on painted or coated pallets. If the roller must move material sideways as well as clean, ask for an extended coil or chevron wind instead of a close coil.
To quote accurately we need a drawing or the measured overall diameter, brush length, tube or shaft diameter, and how the ends are driven. State the filament material, diameter and colour you run today, and whether you want us to fit the strip to your own shaft or supply a complete roller. Antistatic or flame-retardant fills can be requested for special lines.
