Description
Silicon carbide abrasive nylon brushes for giving stone an antique, satin or weathered texture, offered in Frankfurt (horseshoe), Ø110 mm round and Fickert shapes. Frankfurt types fit hand grinders, polishing lines and floor machines; the round type suits small polishers and floor refinishers; Fickert types run on automatic continuous lines. Grit sequences and filament thickness are supplied to order.
Stone antiquing works in a sequence: start with a coarse grit to open the texture, then step through finer grits until the desired satin sheen appears. Softer stones such as marble and limestone need fewer coarse passes than granite. Choose the shape by machine: Frankfurt for hand grinders and line polishers, round for small floor machines, Fickert for continuous slab lines.
To quote, tell us the brush shape and your machine model, the grit sequence you run, the stone type, and the quantity per grit. We can supply complete grit sets for line operators and mixed shipments for distributors, packed per brush for easy stocking.
