Description

A 150 mm disc brush filled with silicon carbide abrasive nylon at 80 grit and a 25 mm filament length. It is built for face deburring on CNC machines where the burrs sit in one plane, and also blends surface marks and radiuses edges. Other diameters, filament lengths and abrasive materials are made to order.

Disc brushes work best when the burrs to be removed lie on a single flat face, such as milled covers, valve bodies or cast housings. Coarse 80 grit silicon carbide cuts quickly on cast iron, steel and aluminium, while a finer grit is the usual choice when the priority is a cosmetic finish rather than stock removal. Silicon carbide is sharper; aluminium oxide is tougher and often preferred on steel.

For a quote, send the outside diameter you need, the filament length, the mounting method used on your spindle (arbor bore, adapter or stem), your preferred abrasive and grit, and the part material. A photo or drawing of the part and the burr location helps us suggest fill density and trim so the brush reaches the edge without overloading the spindle.
