Description
A 170 mm wheel brush with silicon carbide abrasive nylon at fine 320 grit, a 32 mm bore and 26 mm brush thickness. It is suited to light deburring, edge blending and fine surface finishing on machine spindles and grinders. Bore, diameter, thickness, grit and fill density are all made to order.
A 320 grit wheel removes fine burrs and leaves a smooth satin surface, so it is often the second step after a coarser wheel or the only step on parts with small burrs. Silicon carbide cuts aluminium, brass and cast iron well. Check that your spindle or grinder arbor matches the 32 mm bore, or ask for adapters or a different bore.
