Description

A 75 mm (3 in) wheel brush with a 9/16 in narrow face of white crimped nylon carrying 80 grit ceramic grain, on a 1/2 in arbor hole. It removes burrs, rust, paint and scale and cleans forged parts on metal, rubber, plastic, wood and glass. A size table from 75 to 300 mm is available, with grits 60# to 600#.

Narrow-face wheels concentrate the filament on edges, gear teeth and grooves, while wider faces suit sheet, strip and coil finishing. Ceramic grain holds its cutting edge longer than standard oxide, which reduces wheel changes on production lines. Typical uses include deburring gears and engine parts, chamfer cleanup after machining, die-casting surface grinding, and bringing out wood grain on furniture.

To order, choose a diameter from the size table or send your own drawing with diameter (D), bore (B) and face width (H), plus the grit. Tell us the machine or spindle, its speed, and the material being processed so we can confirm the right abrasive and fill.
