Description
A large 350 mm disc brush on a steel plate, filled with flexible aluminium oxide abrasive nylon at 120 grit with 20–30 mm filament. It is intended for in-line machine deburring, edge radiusing and surface finishing, especially on aluminium automotive parts. Grit, abrasive type and size are made to order.
Large-diameter disc brushes cover a wide face in one pass, which makes them a good fit for machining centres and transfer lines that deburr cylinder heads, housings and other aluminium castings. A mid grit such as 120 balances burr removal with a clean edge; drop to a coarser grit for heavy burrs, or move to a fine grit when the brush is the last finishing step before assembly.

Tell us the machine model and maximum spindle speed, the part material and whether you run wet or dry, so the fill and backing plate can be matched to your process.
