Description
The SiC / Al2O3 Abrasive Nylon Filament (Bulk) is raw abrasive nylon feedstock for brush makers, consisting of nylon loaded with silicon carbide (SiC) or aluminium oxide (Al2O3) grit. Supplied as filament for manufacturing abrasive brushes, the grit is distributed through the nylon so cutting ability is maintained as the filament wears. The abrasive load runs 20 to 40%; round filament is available in grit 36–500 (SiC) or 80–600 (Al2O3), and rectangular filament in grit 80, 120, 180, and 320. Produced at our Yuantan factory cluster, the abrasive type, load, filament cross-section, and grit can be specified for your brush production.
