Description
A 150 mm (6 inch) wire wheel for bench grinders with a 16 mm arbor hole and 20 mm thickness, filled with 0.35 mm stainless steel wire and rated at 9,000 rpm for the 6 inch size. The range also covers 3.5 to 12 inch diameters. MOQ is 50 pieces.
A 6 inch wheel is the standard fit for small and mid-size bench grinders. Check that the grinder's spindle speed is at or below 9,000 rpm and that the 16 mm hole matches your spindle or adapter flanges. Stainless wire keeps stainless and aluminum work free of iron contamination and is a good general polishing choice.
For a quote, provide the diameter, thickness, arbor size, wire material and gauge, and the grinder model. If you need several diameters for a distributor range, list the mix; the factory offers sizes from 3.5 to 12 inch.
