Description
The Scratch-Proof Nylon-66 PV Roller is a cylinder brush made with Nylon 66 for high-efficiency washing of solar modules without abrading the glass. Its optimized filament density sweeps soiling from the panel surface while remaining gentle enough to avoid scratching the cover glass, supporting consistent cleaning in PV maintenance. It measures 170 mm in diameter by 90 cm, with the filament density optimized for the task. Made to order at our Yuantan factory cluster, the length, diameter, and fill density can be configured to suit your cleaning robot or wash rig.
This roller uses an optimized nylon-66 filament density to clean solar modules without scratching the glass — a balance between enough bristle contact to lift dust and grime, and filament soft/sparse enough not to abrade the anti-reflective coating over thousands of cleaning cycles. The standard build is 170mm diameter × 90cm.
Filament density can be adjusted for dustier environments (more aggressive cleaning) versus coated panels where scratch risk is the priority — tell us your site conditions and panel type and we'll recommend a density.
