Description
Flat (non-convoluted) wafer brushes compatible with Johnston sweepers, made in PP, PP with steel wire, or all steel wire. Standard IDs run from 80 to 180 mm and ODs from 400 to 660 mm, with custom sizes made from samples or drawings. MOQ is 50 pieces.
Flat wafers pack more rings per metre than convoluted ones, giving a denser broom face, while convoluted wafers self-space and shed debris more easily. Pick the ID from the listed range to match your Johnston core, then choose the OD that matches the new-broom diameter in your manual. All-PP suits general sweeping; adding steel wire helps with compacted grit and ice.
To quote, send the ID, OD, fill type and rings per broom, or post a sample ring; molds can be made from customer samples. Mention your port preference — Shanghai, Ningbo and Tianjin are standard — and whether carton or steel-pallet packing suits your warehouse.
