Description
A 26 × 8 in convoluted (wavy) wafer brush with PP bristles on a steel core, used on many common road and snow sweepers. The wave shape keeps rings self-spaced on the shaft. Bristle colour is made to order, for example blue, red, yellow or orange; MOQ 50 pieces.
Convoluted wafers are the usual choice for snow brooms and skid-steer style sweepers because the wave lets snow and debris clear between rings. Measure your core and the outside diameter of a new ring before ordering; the inner opening and drive pin must match your broom core. PP holds up well in cold weather.
For a quote, give the outside diameter, the inner hole size and shape, pin count, colour, and how many rings per broom. Samples are available, and colour can be used to code different fills in your stock.
