Variants and what to check
The Eagle shares its 60 in main brooms, strip cores and 1035876 wafer core with the Broom Bear and Road Wizard. Side brooms use the 5-segment set; Elgin's one-piece Aggressor cable brooms for Eagle are listed as the 44 in size even though the segmented broom is quoted at 46 in. When ordering, confirm the chassis year and that both side brooms use the 5-segment disc; the Waterless Eagle variant should be checked separately before ordering a rear broom.
What to send us for a quote
- Gutter broom: outer diameter across the bristle tips, plate / base diameter and the bolt pattern or quick-change mount.
- Main broom: overall length, outer diameter and core; for wafer brooms the wafer OD × ID and the drive-pin position.
- Current fill — poly, flat or crimped steel wire, or a mix — and whether the broom is left- or right-hand.
- Your machine model (Elgin Eagle) and, if you have it, the OEM part number from the old brush.
