Our Knotted / Twist Wire Cup Brush bundles and twists carbon or stainless steel wire into stiffer clusters than a crimped wire wheel, holding their shape under load for a much more aggressive, concentrated cut. It's the right choice for heavy weld slag and scale removal where a crimped wire wheel would simply flex away from the work instead of cutting into it — the trade-off for that extra aggression is a rougher finish than crimped wire leaves, so it's a roughing tool rather than a finishing one. Fits a standard 5/8-11 arbor. Built to order at our Yuantan factory cluster, wire gauge, knot pattern, and diameter can be configured for your specific deburring or scale-removal job.
