Description
A pen-shaped end brush with stainless steel wire held in a sturdy outer shell, designed to be mounted on a shaft for spot cleaning, buffing and polishing. The listed size is 70 mm long with a 25 mm diameter. Other lengths, diameters and wire types can be made to drawing.
End brushes work with the wire tips rather than the side, so they are used for spot facing, cleaning around bolt holes, and reaching into cavities that a wheel cannot touch. Stainless wire is preferred on stainless and aluminum parts to avoid rust staining. Keep the free wire length short for aggressive cutting and longer for a gentler, more flexible action.
For a quote, include the brush diameter and overall length, the shank or mounting method you need, wire material and gauge, and the tool it will run in (drill, die grinder, CNC spindle). A drawing or a sample of the part feature you are cleaning helps us size the brush correctly.
