Description
A slim wound nylon roller with 0.2 mm filament on a 20 mm stainless steel shaft, 55 mm overall with an 800 mm brush face and 1000 mm total length. The soft, dense fill lifts dust and light oil from glass substrates, display panels and lenses without scratching. Filament thickness, density and roller size can be changed to suit your washer.
Small-diameter soft rollers like this are used in glass and display washers where the surface is coated or easily marked. A fine 0.2 mm nylon gives a gentle sweep; if you are removing heavier residue, step up to a thicker filament rather than increasing pressure. The stainless shaft keeps the roller free of rust in wet washing sections.
To match your machine, measure the total length, brush face length, shaft diameter and the shape of each journal end (flats, keyways, threads). Tell us the glass or panel type, wash chemistry and water temperature. If you are replacing several rollers in one washer, list each position separately since the upper and lower rollers often differ.
